Training goal
Preparation for the safe conduct of cargo operations, understanding the properties of chemicals, creating operation plans, applying health-and-safety procedures, responding to hazards and preventing environmental pollution.
Requirements
- One passport-size photo
- A valid certificate of basic training for chemical tanker and oil tanker operations
- At least 3 months of sea service on an oil tanker
Certificate
Issued by the Maritime Office, valid for 5 years. Renewed at the Maritime Office.
