- Electrical Engineering: Marine electronics, automation systems
- Maintenance: Repair technology, materials science, engineering graphics
- Ship Management: Safe operation, environmental protection

Training goal
The training aims to prepare candidates to obtain the Second Engineer Officer diploma for ships with main engine power of 3000 kW and above, in compliance with legal requirements and international standards.
Requirements
Prerequisites
- Engine Watch Officer diploma for ships ≥750 kW and 18 months of sea service, including 6 months on ships ≥3000 kW
- Or Second Engineer Officer diploma for ships 750-3000 kW and 6 months of service on ships ≥3000 kW
- Documents must be submitted to CMKE 21 days before the exam
Certificate
Upon passing the exam, a Second Engineer Officer diploma compliant with STCW regulations is issued.
